We want to have some Rain now!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Since last big rain, which cause water disaster, we had extremely hot fine day.
As the result, we’ve enjoyed beautiful sunset everyday this week.
Very very hot sunset.
As there is a lot of moisture in the air, perfect round red sun set sometimes.
Moisture in the air but no rain for almost 2 weeks.
We don’t want to have heavy rain, but we are getting sick with extremely hot weather. So we are hoping reasonable amount of rain now.
By the way, there are very important things, seen in this strait view from TOUKA.
It is the flow of people and materials.
* Two national roads. (#3 and #199)
* Very busy and important sea routes.
(include route to Busan, route of passenger ship and cargo ship.)
* Major railways in Japan.
(Kagoshima Line and Sanyo Line)
What? Sanyo Line?!
Yes! We cannot see but there is a railway behind Asahi’s signboard, UNDER SEA.
There is a Sanyo Line, “Kanmon (under sea) Railway Tunnel” running.
This tunnel, focused in the TV program on Saturday, yesterday, is the world’s first under-sea tunnel.
Wind was blowing on these flow of people and material.
It was not hot sea breeze blowing from the ocean on Saturday.

そろそろ濡れてもいい頃？！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
大雨の後、ずっと暑い晴天の続いている関門エリアです。
今週は毎日の様にキレイな夕陽が楽しめています。
とっても暑い夕陽です。
大気が水分を多く含む日は、真っ赤な丸い夕陽が彦島の方角に沈みます。
大気に水分は含みますが、一度も雨の降ることはなく二週間になろうとしています。
大雨は困りますが、猛暑もまた困り物で、そろそろひと降りほしいところです。
さて、灯火から関門海峡を望むこの景色ですが、とても重要なものが写っています。
それは人、モノの流れ。
＊まずは二本の国道（３号線と１１９号線）
＊それから国内有数の船の数を誇る航路。
（韓国釜山との定期航路、客船・貨物の定期航路を含みます。）
＊そして鉄道本線。
（九州の大動脈・鹿児島本線と西日本の大動脈・山陽本線。）
え、山陽本線？！
はい、実は表面的には見えていませんが、ちょうどアサヒグループ、NIKKAウイスキーの看板の向こう側、海の下に山陽本線、つまり関門（海底）鉄道トンネルが走っているんです。
このトンネル、土曜日のTVでも取り上げられましたが、実は世界初の海底トンネルなんです。
そしてそんな人・モノの流れの上を爽やかに吹く海峡からの風。
土曜日は久しぶりに熱くない海風が吹いた関門エリアでした。
