Japanese Title (邦題)：「月イチ、年イチ」末尾に
Once a month, Once a year
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
While traveling between Kitakyushu and Tokyo, I try out various local menus that interest me.
But on the days when I don’t want to try new foods, I eat my usual favorites.
Although each menu has different regions, ingredients, and recipes, they all have one thing in common.
It is that I want to eat it at least once a month.
（ When I think about it, I definitely eat it every time. smile)
While eating my favorite menu, I realized that there is no such restaurant menu here in Kitakyushu!
To be more precise, such restaurants used to exist in this town, but sadly it seems to have closed down due to successor issues and other issues.
（ To be honest, I might be able to eat “Yakisoba and Champon” once a month, which I tried for the first time last year. )
I looked back on the food restaurants that I would like to visit again and again.
I wanted to follow such restaurants and aim to become a lodging facility that people would want to use again and again.
Even so, it would be impossible to get them once a month, so we will work hard to increase the number of repeat guests who come once a year.

月イチ、年イチ
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
北九州ー東京間、移動にあたって色々興味のあるご当地メニューにトライしていますが、、、
目新しい食べ物にチャレンジしない日にはいつものお気に入りをいただいています。
それぞれ地域も食材もレシピもちがうメニューですが、共通していることがひとつ。
それは「月に一度は食べたい」と思うこと。
（考えてみると、たしかに毎回食ってますね。笑）
そんな大好きなメニューを食べながら気付いたのですが、ここ北九州にはそんな外食メニューがない！
正確に言うと、昔はあったんだけど、悲しいことに後継者問題他で閉店してしまったみたいです。
（正直に言うと、昨年初めて体験した「焼きそばとちゃんぽん」は月イチでも大丈夫かも）
以上、繰り返し利用したい食べ物のお店について振り返ってみましたが、
そんなお店を見習って、当宿も繰り返し利用したい宿泊施設を目指したいと思いました。
そうはいっても、宿屋の場合、さすがに月イチは無理だろうから、年イチで来ていただくリピーターゲストさんを増やしていけるよう、精進してまいります。
