The Taste of Kanmon!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Before having guests in weekend, I took a absolute breather on Thursday.
Absolute breather in Kanmon must be
SEA!
It takes only 10min to the nearest quay wall from TOUKA.
I had been fishing there for about 3 hours with thinking nothing.
Before sunset, I caught only OTHER fish(?).
But after sunset, I caught interesting fishes(?).
The fishes I kept were these.
They were cleaned, prepared, cooked (in Japanese style) by myself.
They got changed to Friday dinner for my stomach.
It was really fresh from the sea just in front of TOUKA.
They are seasonal and taste good, of course.
This may be the Kinfolk Life.

今週の一品！ 目の前から獲れたてを
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
木曜は週末のゲストに備えて、本格的な息抜きをしました。
関門で「本格的な息抜き」といえば、、、
やっぱり、、、
「海」！
「灯火」から歩いて10分の所にある一番近い岸壁で、
おおよそ3時間ダラダラと糸を垂らしていました。
日が沈むまでの間はエサ取り・外道しか釣れませんでしたが、
日が沈んでからは面白い魚・肴？が釣れ始めました。
その日の釣果は、、、
そのまま捌いて、調理して、煮付けて、金曜の肴になったのでした。
まさに、目の前の海から自ら獲ってきた旬の味覚！
美味しくいただきましたとさ。
これが、田舎暮らしの醍醐味なのかもしれません。
