Let’s enjoy Golden Week!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Not like the first half, it was clear sky on the first day of second half of Golden Week. Temperature went up to 24 degree C.
After cleaning this house, I went out for shopping guesthouse stuff, such as tissues, but road was traffic jam at national road #3. It seemed that the traffic jam started at Kanmon tunnel. It’s been a while since the last sunny day. So many local people started to move at once to cross the Kanmon strait and made heavy traffic jam.
I just wanted go to the super-market locates less than 1km from here. So traffic jam didn’t affect so much. However I found that it took one and half hour to the entrance of Kanmon tunnel. On the way back from market, I saw another traffic jam on the other side of national road #199.
On the holiday like Golden Week, I’d like to stay in my house and host tourists rather than enjoying traffic jam. I was thinking so, watching strait before guests came here to check-in.

P.S. Todays guests said that they also got caught in traffic jam on the way to TSUNOSHIMA yesterday.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
前半とはうって変わって、連休後半の初日は気持ち良い青空。
気温もグングン上がり、午後には２４度になりました。
朝の掃除を終えて、ティッシュ等 ゲストハウス・グッズを買い出しに出かけると、すぐ下の国道３号線から渋滞です。後で調べると渋滞の先頭は関門トンネルだったそうです。久々の行楽日和。１０連休とはいっても安近短の地元レジャー組も少なくなくて、彼らが海峡を渡るために列をなしたようです。
自分はすぐそこのスーパーまでだったので、渋滞も影響しませんでしたが、そこからトンネルまでなんと１時間半ほどかかったという話です。買い物帰りの国道１９９号線も反対方向が大渋滞していました。
自分的には、やっぱり休日はウチにいて、ゲストをおもてなしする方が良さそうです。
ゲストがチェックインする直前のひととき、海を見ながらそんなことを考えていました。

P.S. ゲストも角島で渋滞にハマって動けなくなったそうです。
