I have been looking for support I can provide for the people who are interesting to move into this town.

Yes, I can.

TOUKA is very convenient for the person who look for job in Kitakyushu.

First of all, this is 5min walk from TOUKA.

Yes, HELLOWORK (Government’s Employment Service Center).

Next, branches of two major outplacement companies (Pa__na Career and Re_ruit Career) are also convenient from TOUKA.
They both locate near Kokura station, which is the second stop from Komorie.

And of course, TOUKA has good and relax atmosphere to think about life and future.

How about considering yourself seriously?

正直 とっても良い称号だと思うので、自分なりになにか貢献できないか考えてみました。

で、近所を散歩してて見つけました。これだぁっ！

「灯火」から徒歩わずか５分。便利でしょ。

他にも、再就職支援大手のリ◯ルート・キャリアも、パ◯ナ・キャリアも小倉駅のすぐ近く。
その小倉駅には小森江駅からたった二駅。灯火から小森江駅まで歩いて６分ほど。

そして、もちろん「灯火」自体も静かで リラックス出来る雰囲気のなか、人生や将来のことを考えるのに最適の環境です。

Best town to Live, Best town to Move-in!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

This weekend, a mayor of the big city in this prefecture was proud of his city’s “Easy to Live” aspect in a TV program.

The city is remarkable about growth of population, specially that of young generations. Because the country, Japan, is now struggling with reducing its population in general.

On the contrary, another big city in this prefecture, our city of Kitakyushu, cannot prevent its population from reducing everyday.

However, there is No.1 in Kitakyushu too.

“No.1 city to move in for the people over 50 years old”

I remember a news I saw last summer!

Wow, what a nice title!

One is for young generation, the other is for over 50.
I don’t think young people want to stay in the later.

Yes, I am the one of people who move (back) to Kitakyushu.

This phenomenon can be a temporary measure but…
we will become senior citizens soon.

Thank you and you have a nice the rest of life in the riviera of old people.
(This area may really become “the place closest to Heaven”.)

住みたい町、移住したい町！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

この週末、民放のTV番組にこちらの県の とある政令指定都市の市長サンが出演して、彼の町の住みやすさを自慢していました。

たしかに人口減少の我が国にあって、異例とも言える人口増加を遂げていて、特に若者層の転入が著しい状況には目を見張るものがあります。

対して、同じ県にあるもう一つの政令指定都市、我らがCity of Kitakyushu、人口減少にブレーキがかかりません。

でもね、、、自慢できるナンバーワンもあるんです。

「５０歳から住みたい地方ランキング 全国１位」
らしいです、、、ここ北九州市！！

昨年の夏頃、ニュースで見たことを思い出しました。

それにしても、片や若者、片や５０歳以上。
これでは若者からは敬遠されるかもしれませんね。

かくいう自分自身も、全国一位は知りませんでしたが、
東京から、ここ郷土 北九州にUターンしてきた一人だったりします。

一時的に人口減少の対策になるとしても、すぐに高齢者比率UPですね。

それでは、どうぞ１５年後は高齢者のリビエラで素敵な余生を！
（ 冗談抜きで「天国に一番近い場所」になっちゃうかも、、ですよ。）

Be with Sports, two days in a row!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Previous article was about “Kitakyushu Stadium*”
(*official name= Mikuni World Stadium Kitakyushu)
13, 3 Chome-2 Asano, Kokurakita Ward.

The next day of the rugby game, another big sport event will be held at the next door,
“Kitakyushu International Convention Center”
30, 3 Chome-9 Asano, Kokurakita Ward.

Yes, “Kitakyushu Marathon”!

Both facility stands side by side, facing to “TAKOMA avenue”.
Goal point of marathon race is on the street, in front of the convention center.

Recently circular notice of this neighbor posted traffic control of the marathon day.

It is getting excited here day by day.

A man on the picture, he may be the registered runner for Kitakyushu marathon.

Number of joggers on seaside road are increasing now.

It must feeling cool to run such a beautiful scene.

Honestly speaking, I am thinking to start running again, in this town, Moji.
It is of course, for entry to the next race.

二日続けて、、！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ひとつ前の記事で「北九州スタジアム*」のことを取り上げましたが、
（*正式名称「ミクニワールドスタジアム北九州」小倉北区浅野3-2-13）

実はその翌日、お隣の「北九州国際会議場」（小倉北区浅野3-9-30）でも、ビックなスポーツイベントが開催されます。

そう、それは「北九州マラソン」！

二つの施設は通称「タコマ通り」（←使われてる？）に面して南北に並んで立っていて、国際会議場のすぐ前がマラソンのゴール地点です。

ここ小森江近辺でも、最近 回覧板でマラソン当日の交通規制の申し伝えがあり、ランナー達を迎え入れる地域としても盛り上がってきました。

出走する人なのか、平日の夕方にコースを走る人も増えています。

こんな景色の中を、無心で走っていくのは気持ちいいでしょうね。

実は、ここ門司で、自分もまた走り始めようかなと考えています。
もちろん、来年のマラソンにエントリーするために、、、
