Woke up early morning, with baby cry, and…
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
5:00am August 17th, I woke up with baby crying.
It seemed a baby in family guest was crying.
As I could not sleep anymore after this,
I decided to wake up and I happened to see
wonderful view.
She was running toward deep area of Kokura,
when it came in this strait.
And she veered targeting to our Lighthouse,
with plenty of morning sunlight.
Her big hull/body can be shown in maximum size,
when she was running in front of us.
Her appearance filled the flame of our favorite window.
She also looked elegant from the back against port of Shimonoseki.
It is not bad to look down (not look up) such a big ship.
We woke up very early and see this view occasionally,
but it was sleepy whole day yesterday.
We accepted the request of stay considering followings.
*Not accept requests from individual guests,
when we have reservation of group with baby.
*Not accept requests from group with baby,
when we have reservation of individual guests.
*and decide fairly, with first come, first served bases.
TOUKA will enforce this reservation rules
for all guests’ comfortable stay/sleep.

早朝、赤ちゃんの泣き声で目が覚めると、、、
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
8月17日、朝5時、赤ちゃんの声で目が覚めます。
家族連れのゲストの赤ちゃんがグズっているようです。
こうなるともう眠れないので、覚悟を決めて起きると、
とても素敵な光景に出会うことができました。
ウチの灯台(?)を目指して大瀬戸に進入してきた大型船が、
朝日を浴びながら変針していきます。
「灯火」の眼前を通る時点で、その大きさは最大に、
お気に入りの窓のフレームいっぱいになりました。
下関港の海峡タワーを背景に去りゆく後ろ姿も優雅でした。
これほど大きな船を見上げることなく、見下ろして眺める、
悪くないです。
今回、早起きしてこんな光景を眺めることが出来ましたが、
自分の意思に反しての早起きは、ただひたすらに、、、
、、、眠いっ！
それも一日中。
今回考慮した上で予約を受け付けましたが、これからも、、
*赤ちゃん連れの家族がいれば、個人客の予約はとらない。
*個人客がいれば、赤ちゃん連れの家族の予約はとらない。
*そして、決定基準は公平に「早い者勝ち」。
ゲスト全員の快適ステイのため、このルール徹底します。
