Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
There are only 3 days left in this year.
Shops in Kanmon area are displaying new year’s decoration and that makes people feel the atmosphere of the end of the year.
This will be our second new year eve here in Komorie.
We have a BIG NEWS just before the new year eve.
The comments in a reservation site, which our guests wrote about us, has accumulated upto 99 recently.
Actually, true number of reservation is more than 100 already, because this doesn’t mean 100% of guests wrote comments. But after check-out, they went back home and wrote comments using their precious time. And it accumulate to hundred. We really appreciate to our guests.
In addition, the comments are not like that for other guesthouses, our guests wrote polite and pretty long comment for us.
Will it over 100 in this year or in new year?
Other guesthouses/hostels may laugh at us, because it took 1 and half year and it is not fast in hostel business.
However, a little guesthouse in Komorie, neither sightseeing spot nor shopping spot, has gotten 100 comments from all over the world. It is true and amazing, we think.
We looked back photos and we remember all guests who are very good guests for TOUKA. No matter they wrote comments or not, all guests (100% guests) were very very good for TOUKA. No exception!
Now, we recognized that our biggest Sales Point is not Harbor View, but wonderful guests who stayed here.
We hope that they got a lot of good memories in this year 2017.
We wish that they will have furthermore wonderful experience in coming year 2018. We also wish our future guests.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
2017年も残すところあと3日！
関門エリアの商店街でもお正月用品が所狭しと並べられ、年越しムードが高まってきました。
当宿「灯火」にとって、ココ小森江で二度目の年越しです。
二度目の年越しを直前に、ニュースです。
宿泊予約サイトの評価コメントが「99」をカウントしました。
全てのゲストさん達がコメントしてくれる訳ではないので、実際の宿泊予約はもっと多いのですが、宿泊いただいたゲストがチェックアウトし、お宅に戻られてから貴重な時間を使って書いてくれるコメント、、、それがまもなく100。本当に本当に感謝です。
それも、、、他のところのコメントと比べ、ゲストさんが「灯火」に残してくれたコメントは丁寧で、みな長いんです。
さて、年内に100を越えるでしょうか？
ゲストハウスのコメントが100になるのに1年半近くかかるのは、同業者からは冷ややかな目で見られるかもしれません。
ただ、観光地ではない、商業地でもない「小森江」の宿に、世界中から100もの感想が寄せられている事実。宿主が言うのもなんですが、まさに「驚き」です。
写真見ながら振り返ると、一人ひとり、みなさん良いゲストでした。
コメントの有無に関わらず、ゲストさんはこれまでみんな、一人残らずいい人ばかりでした。
思えば、当宿の一番のセールスポイントは海峡の景色よりもなによりも「素敵なゲストさん達」なんだなと実感しています。
行く年 2017年は、みなさんにとって素敵な思い出の多い年だったでしょうか？
来る年 2018年は、みなさんにとってさらに良い年になってほしいとお祈りします。
