A Super Lucky Guest!

There was one super lucky guest who stayed at TOUKA recently.

When she came back from her sightseeing trip, she was very excited.

I wonder why, but I found out the reason after she checked out the next day.

The day comes almost once a month.

But not only the date, but also time and weather must be matched perfectly.

TOUKA presents “Fantasy Dual Lights”

It is an Amazing Attraction which can be seen by only lucky guests.

 

I’ve tried to take the fantastic moment recorded in my camera.

But it has been never saved in IC card in my camera.

So we want you feel the moment live with own eyes and watch with five senses, like her.

とってもツイてる？

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

 

最近ご利用いただいたゲストさんの中に、、、

とってもラッキーな方がいらっしゃいました。

その日出かけて戻ってきた際、とてもエキサイトしていたので、どうしたのかなぁと思っていたら、、、

チェックアウトした後のゲストノートにその理由がありました。

おおよそ月に一度やってくるその日、、、

「灯火」にいる時間やお天気がピッタリ合わないと見れない光のショー、

「灯火」プレゼンツ、”ファンタジー・デュアル・ライツ”

本当にツイているゲストさんにしか見ることのできないアトラクションです。

 

その幻想的な光景をカメラに収めたいと常々試みているいるのですが、

何度やってもファインダーの中では再現しません。

是非 彼女のように、肉眼で見て、五感に焼き付けてもらいたい瞬間です。

KOMORIE:
The name cannot be found on Guidebook, even its station not on its filing map.

As it is NOT focused on guidebook, there is not a few awesome things and unique matters in Komorie, NEVER introduced by any guidebooks.

Today I introduce one of them, which is very valuable to see.

It is about the top of our guardian mountain, which is our power spot same time.

There are not many people in normal weekend but it is unusual in these days. So many people are there. But they are not mountain climber but holiday camera men who are gathering at the top.

(As they occupied bench there for a long time. Mountain people cannot use it. I feel manner is required in group of camera men.)

What they are watching through the finder of their camera is…

I’m not sure, because I am not a bird watching guy, but many hawks are migrating to Japan this time of a year. Specially we can see many hawks flying over Kanmon straits clearly from the top of the mountain. Among the bird camera men, the peak is a hot spot to observe hawks.

Even I can look down the group of hawks flying under.

Yes, here is Fukuoka. So local people should come and see hawks flying high in the air.

Thank you and you have a nice day, keep your vantage point high and look over everything under your control.

P.S. In daily life, not only looking up in your organization, you’d better come up to the higher vantage point sometimes and look out over them all.

皆が見上げるところ、ここでは見下ろす！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ガイドブックの見出しはともかく、綴じ込みの地図にさえ、その駅名すら載っていないココ「小森江」。

実はガイドブックに載らない分、まだ観光対象になっていない凄いことや素敵な資源が結構あります。

その中から、この時期、とても見応えのあるものをひとつご紹介。

当宿TOUKAの守護山であり、パワースポットである山の頂についてです。
いつもは週末でも閑散としているのに、この時期の週末はなんか異常！ とっても混雑しているんです。とはいってもそこに集っているのは登山客ではなく、ホリデー・カメラマン達。

（彼等がベンチを長時間専有するので、登山客が使えず、やはりマナー要ですね。）

さて、マナーお構いなしで、彼等がファインダー越しに追いかけているのは、、、

鷹の渡り！

自分は愛鳥家ではないので良くは知らないのですが、この時期、鷹がこぞって飛来し、ここ関門海峡を飛んでいくそうです。そして、この山の頂は鷹の渡りを観察するのに結構な好スポットらしいのです。
（詳しくはネット・サーチして下さい。ここに来てみたくなるような情報に当たるはずです。）

確かに、種類までは分かりませんが、自分にも猛禽類が一度に何羽も飛んでいるのが確認できます。

あぁ、福岡だけに、、地元のみなさんは一度は見に来なきゃ！

P.S. 実生活、所属する組織でも下から上ばかり見てないで、たまには更にそのまた上から俯瞰してみると景色が違って見えるに違いないですよね。

Jewels of this town!  a Little Florist

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

A guest commented about bakery near TOUKA, which is once introduced in this site.

I said “it is old style (SHOWA style) bakery”
but she replied “That style is quite brand-new for me and I like it!”

I start recognizing the real value of this town.

Not only the bakery but also there is other fine shops and nice restaurants in this town, Komorie.
One of them is a little but wonderful florist.

Last weekend was “Mother’s Day” in Japan. I went there and buy flowers for my mother.

Usually most florists put very expensive price for mother’s day flower, but this shop didn’t put. So I bought ivies for our wood deck terrace.

この町の宝石！ 〜 隠れ家的「お花屋さん」

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

以前ここでもとりあげたことのある地域のパン屋さんについて、あるゲストさんがコメントを残されました。

勧めながらも、 “昔（昭和）風の古いスタイルのパン屋さん”と言ったところ、、、
彼女は “そんなことはありません。むしろ私にとっては新しいスタイルです”といって、とても気に入ってくれたようでした。

この町の魅力を再認識した一瞬でした。

 

実は、パン屋さんだけでなく、この町にはもっともっと素敵なお店やレストランがあるんです。

その一つが「可愛らしいお花やさん」です。

先週末の日曜、日本では「母の日」でした。日本中がお母さんに花やプレゼントを贈る日です。
そこで私はこのお花屋さんで花を買うことにしました。

通常、多くの花屋がこの時とばかりに花の値段を通常より高く設定するところ、こちらのお店ではとてもリーズナブルな価格で販売していました。

その日、私は「母の日」のお花だけでなく、「灯火」のテラス用にとアイビーも購入したのでした。
