Chilly spring weather in SAKURA season
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
This Saturday and Sunday was chilly weekend in the Kanmon area.
The guests looked cold when they arrived, so we welcomed them with warmth and they slept so deeply that they overslept in the next morning.
It was a weekend with a cold north wind blowing, but the cherry blossoms at our guesthouse bloomed bravely and powerfully.
Perhaps because of the wild cherry blossoms growing in the corner of the garden, the blossoms look majestic with the Kanmon Straits in the background.

花冷え
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
この土日、関門エリアでは花冷えの週末となりました。
ゲストさんも寒そうに来館なされたので、「暖」をもっておもてなしをし、朝には寝過ごすほどぐっすりおやすみになられたようです。
そんな冷たい北風の吹く週末でしたが、当宿の桜もけなげながら力強く花を付けました。
庭の隅っこに自生した山桜のせいか、関門海峡をバックにどこかしらたくましさすら感じます。
みなさんの桜も元気に花をつけたでしょうか？
