Is this something wrong, compare with former topic “Population migration”.
We might be cheated by mass media, if we cannot think objectively and quantitively.
Huge number of people may move out from the town everyone wants to move in.
They are making best effort, but good result may not come out.
Officer apt to hide things which they want to show in public.
This haven’t change since the Imperial Headquarters during WWII did it.
(Which should local government publicize, the result of questionnaire by private magazine or quantitive analysis by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications?
Every time I see this kind of cheating by government, I remember the words about WWII responsibility by a movie director in Japan.
“It is one of evil thing to be cheated by someone”
However it may not be a bad decision for you to move in this town, as a result of cheating by local government

今日、配布された「市政だより」。
こんな記事が載っていました。
先日話題にした記事「人口流出」と比べて、なんかおかしくないですか？
メディアは客観的に、定量的に見ないとだまされてしまう例かもしれません。
住みたい町、なのに、大勢が転出しているの？！
取り組みはナンバーワンだけど、結果はワーストワンということなのかもしれません。
とかく役人は見たくない（見せたくない）ものを見ない（見せない）ものです。
こうした報道を見る度に、伊丹万作監督の言葉「戦争責任者の問題」を思い出します。
「だまされるということ自体がすでに一つの悪である」
でも、だまされてこの町に住むのは、悪くないかもしれません。
