French v.s. French!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Rugby World Cup is being held in Japan now. I had wanted to watch the game of Wales v.s. France on next Sunday but I abandon to go there with the reason I mentioned in the past article.
On the next day, I decided to revenge.
Not “French team’s game” but I decided to buy a cool “French gear”.
It was a good one I found in recycle shop. It came with hard case and other accessories. It was pretty cheaper than going to watch rugby game (ticket + transportation fee), and I can enjoy with it for next several years.
I tested it on the sea and found that it is fine board on which I can make smooth take off. Attached leash cord got broken at the first ride but there is no other problem.
I think that this is good for repeater guests who want to try surfing next time. We have soft long board and these are good for them to try surfing. So we are excited about going to the beach with them next summer. (Though waves and I do not care about season.)

P.C. It surprised me a little that this board was made by the ball point pen maker.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
ラグビー・ワールドカップ、この週末のウェールズ対フランス戦、先に記事にした理由で観戦を諦めることにしましたが、、、
諦めた翌日にリベンジ！
「フランス戦」、、ではなくて、代わりに「フランス製」のイケてるギア・道具を買うことにしました。
リサイクルショップで見つけた程度抜群の逸品です。
大きなハードケースその他まで付いてるお買い得品。ラグビー観戦（チケット＋交通費）よりもずいぶん安くて、それでいて、この先数年は楽しめそうです。
早速、海の上でフィールドテストすると、滑り出しスムーズな一本でした。リーシュコード（足とボードをつなぐコード）は経年劣化のせいか、最初のライドで切れてしまいましたが、、、
次に来る時にはいっしょに海に行こう・一度やってみたいと約束しているリピーターゲストさんにも、既にあるソフトボードと併せて使ってもらえそうです。いやいや来年の夏が楽しみです。（北九州の波も自分自身も季節はまったく関係ないのですが、、、）

P.S. なんとこれ、実はかの有名なボールペンメーカーが作った商品だということに、ちょっとだけ驚きました。
