Learn from Kawaii local idol group!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

After 3days time difference* later than Tokyo, I finally obtained my favorite weekly magazine.
(*About time difference, please refer previous article.)

I said that I came back from Tokyo but I don’t mean I am AKIBA-OTAKU.
Anyway I was inspired by the Fukuoka’s local idol group.

aera03(They said “As we are Fukuoka base, our activity spread to entire Japan.”)

As TOUKA is Kitakyushu base, so our activity spread to all over the world.

You may laugh at us.

However, we have our dream big! Yes, we are serious.

Thank you and you have a wonderful day, which people in Tokyo (big cities) cannot have.
(The word “Wonderful” is not money-wize, for sure!)

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

3日という時差*を経て、入手しました、お気に入り週刊誌！

東京に居たからといって、決してアキバ・オタクではありませんが、表紙に載った地元アイドル・グループの記事にインスパイアされました。

Hoping it will be fine!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Sunny but sometime snowing Sunday, bunch of runners were running on seaside national road, which will be the marathon course next Sunday.

Next Sunday, the marathon race day, neighbor community of TOUKA will install marathon supporting stage and traditional Japanese drams are played on the stage to cheer runners. (according to neighbor’s routing slip)

Sorry for continuing this marathon topic, but so many runners on Sunday. Please excuse this blog.

Good luck all runners (specially Hong Kong girl staying TOUKA)!

Dear resident of Komorie or Moji:
If there is anybody who lives in this neighbor and want to cheer this girl from overseas running our Kitakyushu Marathon, please let TOUKA know. Let’s cheer her together by taking her running pictures.

晴れるといいねっ！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

青空はのぞくも、時折雪のちらつく日曜日、大会当日以外見たことないくらいのランナーがシーサイドを走っています。

大会当日の来週の日曜日は「灯火」の属する我が町内会でも、レースコースに近いという地の利を活かして、沿道 コース脇のスペースで、伝統の太鼓などを用いて、国道199号線を疾走してくるランナーを応援するイベントが開催されるようです。（回覧板情報）

ここのところの記事に立て続けでマラソンについて、くどいですが、当市あげてのイベントですし、あまりにランナーが多かったもので、もう一度。どうぞ ご容赦を。

ランナーのみなさん、がんばってくださ〜い！

もし、親愛なるこの地元の方で海外からのランナーを（小森江で）応援したみたい方がいらっしゃいましたら「灯火」までご連絡を。（灯火としては、走ってくる彼女をいち早く見つけて、小森江名物の赤レンガ倉庫をバックに力走している姿を撮影してあげたいと考えています。小森江での経験が良い思い出になるように、、、）

外国人旅行者がこの地で一番驚いたこと！ / View, foreign tourists are surprised at!

View, foreign tourists are surprised at!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Guests from Korea came back to TOUKA and said:

“It was very strange!”

The place they came back TOUKA from is “Kanmon Pedestrian Tunnel”.

I thought at first that they are surprised at the view like inside of a space ship. But I noticed that they went somewhere else.

They said

“It was past 21:00 but so many people running in the tunnel.

The pictures they showed me is

“ too many people running in the tunnel.”

It is only a week left to the Kitakyushu Marathon.
Runners in the tunnel were preparing for it.

Temperature and humidity are stable in the tunnel.
There is no worry about rain or snow.
It is the best practice place for them.

Not only our guest, I didn’t know such a use of tunnel.

外国人旅行者がこの地で一番驚いたこと！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

韓国からのゲストさんが戻りしな、開口一番で言いました。

「やっさん、、、なんかスゴいことになってる！」

彼等が行ったのは 関門トンネル人道。

最初、彼等が驚いたのは、他のゲスト同様、宇宙船の中のようなトンネルの様子かと思ったけれど、話を聞くとどうも様子が違う。彼等が言うには、、、

「21:00過ぎているのに、トンネルの中には異様なまでに多くの人がいる！」

彼等が見せてくれたスマホの画像を見ると、、、

そこに写っていたのは信じらないほどのランナー達。

北九州マラソンまで一週間、ランナー達は最後の調整に余念がありません。

温度・湿度が安定していて、走行距離も明快で、雨や雪のリスクのない人道トンネルはランナーにとって絶好の練習フィールドになっているみたいです。
（皇居ランよりもずっと良い環境かもしれません。）

ゲストだけでなく、自分もこうした使われ方は知りませんでした。
