Cool way to spend Christmas Holiday!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
This year, Mojiko doesn’t have Christmas fireworks.
But Shimonoseki does have more fireworks than usually.
We could see them from our guest rooms.
However in TOUKA, we saw much more wonderful thing together. One guest, who came here attend a conference, is a professor of astronomy who came from the country of grass fields. She proposed us to see it together by using our astronomical telescope, we got at flea market.
“16th moon”
According to her, it is easier and more beautiful to see than full moon.
We all are impressed more by the circle of natural for long time, than artificial circle.

クリスマス・ホリデーの粋な過ごし方！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
今年の門司港は、クリスマスの花火が上がりません。
その分、昨日は対岸の下関で景気よく上がっていたようです。
「灯火」からもその様子が見えました。
ここ「灯火」では花火よりもっと素敵なものをみんなで見ました。
学会に参加するために利用いただいたというゲストが、草原の国からやってきた天文学の教授で、その先生の呼びかけで、フリマで買ったウチの天体望遠鏡を使ってみんなで見ました。
「16番目の月」
満月よりも見やすくて、綺麗なんだそうです。
人工的な丸よりも、太古からの丸に皆で感動しました。
