After trout fishing in a cold stream, hot spring is necessary for me.
As OITA is known as “ONSEN (hot-spring) Prefecture”, I could easily find several ONSEN near the stream. So I visited the nearest ONSEN from the stream.
I visited there without checking character of ONSEN, reputation and comment. But I could satisfy with the quality of the ONSEN.
It was alkaline Onsen, which is rare in OITA.
This Onsen has little slimy feeling and it makes our skin smooth.
It was so smooth that I thought I don’t need shaving form for shave my face and conditioner after shampoo.
(Information that it is alkaline Onsen ranked in the top 10 in Japan and No.2 in Kyushu.)
Of course, this Onsen proud for its beautiful skin effect.
But Onsen fee is very reasonable.

In these days, foreign tourist visit “BEPPU” and “YUFUIN” to take Onsen mainly. And it must be because of guidebook and it is famous.
We hope the day will come that more guests want deep Onsen explore and we will recommend Onsen like this. We believe that they will become so soon, like Japanese used be changing is favor about Onsen.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
清流に立ち込んで、渓流釣りといえば、、、
欠かせないのが、納竿後の温泉！
探すと「おんせん県」だけにあるある。
渓流に一番近い温泉に立ち寄りました。
特徴や前評判などをチェックせずに利用したのですが、その泉質に大満足！
大分県には珍しいアルカリ性の強い温泉です。
ヌルヌル感がなんとも心地よくて、髭を剃るのにシェービングフォームが、シャンプーしたあとにコンディショナーが必要ないと感じるほどです。

当然、美肌効果も謳っている温泉です。
大人300円、小学生100円という入浴料も有難いです。
現時点で「灯火」を利用する外国人旅行者は、有名だから、ガイドブックに載っているから、という理由で「別府」「湯布院」を旅行のコースに入れているケースが少なくありません。
日本人がそうだったように、そのうちもっとディープな温泉めぐりをしたいという外国人が増えて、こうした温泉を紹介する機会が出来るといいなぁと感じました。
