In the End of Summer, Let’s to the hot spot!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Today is the last day of August.
It is the last business day of Seawater Swimming Pool, my favorite place in summer, in 2018. Though the weekend starts tomorrow, they are closing today. They don’t have business mind at all.
As of yesterday, water temperature became below 30 degree C, and I feel easier to swim in the pool. So it is very disappointing. With considering high temperature by global warming and user satisfaction, they should open the pool in June and September next year.
(As it is open-air swimming pool, water temperature have been way over 30 degree C. I heard that many users complained about too hot water temperature.)
After swimming comfortably, I visited the neighbor place of swimming pool, a hot spot for tourists. Most of our guests are also enjoying the spot and have gotten good memories there.
Such a typically Kanmon place will be introduced by a TV program tonight.
Documentary 72hours “Kanmon Strait Undersea Tunnel”
We hope that many people enjoy watching this TV program, no matter people never been there, people have been there or people had been there only in their childhood.
Because it is my favorite TV program and I have visited many places, introduced in the program. (American style Drive-in in Okinawa, 24h bar in Kokura red district, the nearest spot in past. The TV station may like Kitakyushu and Kanmon was introduced other popular program. It may be because Kitakyushu became hot place or director of local station may have strong power.)
It was our introduction of local spot and favorite TV program.

夏の終わり、今注目の場所へ！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
8月もとうとう最終日。
行きつけ(?)の塩水プールは今日が営業最終日です。
明日から夏休み最後の土日っていうのに、まったく商売っ気がありません。
この期に及んで、最近まで30度を大きく上回っていた水温も、ようやく30度を切り、ずいぶんと泳ぎやすくなったのに、とても残念です。温暖化と利用者満足度を考慮すると、今後の営業は7月と9月にすべきかもしれません。（屋外プールだけに水温の上昇は仕方ないかもしれませんが、この夏は利用者から結構苦情が上がったそうです。）
気持ちよく泳いだあとは、今話題のお隣(?)の施設に行ってみました。
「灯火」のゲストさんたちにも素敵な思い出を演出してくれる場所です。
そんな関門らしいスポットが今晩テレビで紹介されます。

行ったことある人も、行ったことない人も、子供の頃に行って以来行っていない人も是非見てくださいね。
この番組大好きです。結構取り上げられた場所に行ったりしてます。（沖縄のドライブインだったり、近いところでは小倉の24時間営業の居酒屋は少し猥雑な感じが面白いですよ。タモリの番組で２週に渡って特集されたり、最近、北九州注目されているのかな？それとも局長の力が強いのかな？）
というわけで、地元の人気スポットとお気に入り番組の紹介でした。
