It was the first weekend of summer vacation this year in Japan. How were you doing?

As we said many times, the place to go in summer is beaches.

The people I saw at one of the beaches spend very best weekend, as we felt so envious.

Yes, they were at the beach,

with someone very important. (*we didn’t envy the guys who were playing with waves.)

As the most of the guests who come here by automobiles were couple guests, we recognized that we should advice them casually the sweet spots out of many beaches we know, where they can enjoy spending time each other close together.

Now is the time summer starts!

Though we have expected that TSUYU would end this week in Kyushu region, 

forecast is now explaining that it will be in next week.

But we have enough sunshine.

Speaking of summer sunshine, we should go to the beach.

今週あたり、九州も梅雨明けかと思ったら、、、

予報ではどうも来週以降になりそうとのことです。

でも、日差しは十分！

夏の日差しを受けて、、、といえば、やっぱり海でしょう。

The biggest advantage!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

We are hearing news about summer day and extremely hot day from various part of this country.

It seems that such hot towns are inlying inward.

So the best place on hot day must be near the sea.

Cold spring seawater and higher specific heat of seawater prevent temperature from going up.

Most of the beaches near here faces to the Sea of Japan.

Another merit of such beaches is scenery of beautiful sunset going into the sea.

There are also a few beaches at Pacific side where we can see sunset going to the sea.

But we can see such beautiful sunset at various beaches along the Sea of Japan.

(Though you must be lucky for good weather.)

The another advantage is later sunset time than beaches in east Japan.

最大の利点！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

日本各地から季節外れの夏日・真夏日のニュースが届いているようですが、

そんな高温を記録しているのはやっぱり内陸の町のようですね。

この時期に一番効くのは、海の近くにいることでしょう。

春の海水温と海水の比熱の大きさが気温上昇の歯止めになるようです。

そしてこの周辺でビーチといえば、どうしても日本海側になるわけですが、、、

そうしたビーチのさらなるメリットは、海に陽が沈むこと！

太平洋側でも一部見れる島や岬はありますが、

西日本の日本海側ではそんな日没をいたるところで見ることが可能です。

（もちろん天気に対してラッキーである必要はありますが、）

日没時間が東日本と比べるとずいぶん遅くなるのもありがたい地の利ですね。
