Rain but burnt

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It is September, now.

Unfortunately, we could see neither Super Moon nor Blue Moon in this Kitakyushu and Kanmon area, due to the cloudy sky.

However, evening sky on Sep. 1 was so fantastic!

It was raining but the western sky burnt red.

It is good that we all enjoy the same scenery together, but scenery that can only be seen here by the limited people.

I have not been able to introduce this for long time.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。おはようございます。

さぁ、９月です。

北九州・関門エリアではあいにくの曇り空で、スーパームーンもブルームーンも見ることはできませんでしたが、、、

９月１日の夕方の空は幻想的でした。

みんなで同じ光景を愛でるもいいですが、ここでしか見れない景色を限られた人で楽しむのも悪くないです。

秋に向かって出航！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。おはようございます。

さあ、今日から９月。

まだまだ暑いですが、少しずつ秋の気配も増えてくるでしょう。

しばらくわが町に停泊していた美しい船も出航していきました。

対岸の政治 / Political direction of the other side

Political direction of the other side

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It seems that the town on the other side has a lot to talk about.

In the area next to the construction site of new hotel, there is a little amusement park where our guests have played in.

They are posting that they will close soon.

We, people in this side, Moji, may have benefited more from this amusement park, specially its Ferris wheel.

If there were no colorful Ferris wheel on the other side, it would be a lonely night view.

We heard that no one will manage the space after them so far.

We do want the local government do something to keep the quality of night view for us to watch from this side.

Having said that, current management company may want to withdraw. So if you want to ride the Ferris wheel to enjoy superb view, you had better to come here and ride it now!

Actually, I have never ridden it, I am planning to ride it hopefully in next month.

対岸の政治

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。おはようございます。

なにかと話題が豊富な海峡の対岸。

ホテル計画地の隣には、当宿のゲストさんも利用されてきたちいさな遊園地があるのですが、

それがどうも、、、ちかく閉園するようです！

この遊園地、特に観覧車については、むしろ対岸であるこちら（門司側）の方が恩恵を受けている気がします。

なくなったら、きっとさびしい夜景になるでしょうね。

聞いた話だと、閉園後の跡地利用が決まっていないようです。

地方の政治力で遊園地の存続、、、実現してもらいたいものです。

とはいっても、運営事業者の方が撤退したいのかもしれないし、観覧車乗ってみたい人は早く来てください！

実は自分もまだ乗ったことがないので、来月あたり乗ってみようかと考えています。

それでは、なくなると聞くとなぜか盛り上がる素敵な一日を！
