Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

As I have wanted know where sun set on the winter solstice, I hunted sunset recent several days.

Yesterday, I found where!

It was very impressive place.

What I saw is …

(In Japan, People call sunset on the peak of Mt. Fuji “Diamond Fuji”)

The sun set just on the peak of Mt. Sarakura, which has the highest peak in the city of Kitakyushu.)

Something good may happen.

なんと、、、ダイヤモンド！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

冬至の時期の日没位置を知りたいと、この数日日没ハンティングしていて、

ようやくその位置が分かりました。

なんとも感動する位置です。

私が見たものは、、、

“ダイヤモンド皿倉山！”

なんと北九州の最高峰の頂に沈む夕日でした。

「灯火」の灯台（導灯）ともう一つの灯台とが作る059°の導線上に太陽が沈んで、

なんかいいこと起こりそうな予感がします。

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

This time of the year, people are enjoying sparkling illumination all over Japan.

It is my very personal opinion but sparkling here is much better than others.

And this is not for this time only.

Furthermore this is not popular as others.

After Saturday rain, we came here with our guests.

According to them, they came to Kanmon by JINAIR which is the airline which newly started Kitakyushu route last week and the airport bus to Kokura was full of people.

Hoping good impact to Kanmon tourism…

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

クリスマスも近づき、にっぽん各地どこも、キラキラ・モードだと思います。

あくまでも私見ですが、ココのキラキラはかなりいいセンいってます。

それもこの季節だけのイルミではありません。

さらにそれほどメジャーでもありません。

たまたま用事のついでに、ゲストさんと来てみました。

聞けば、ゲストさん今月から地元北九州空港に就航したJINAIRを利用しての来日とのこと。空港から小倉までのエアポートバスは満席だったそうです。

これからここの観光産業にドッとJINAIR効果が出てくるのかもね。
