Japanese temperament!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
In coming May 1st, we will have new imperial era name in Japan. Since the imperial era name was announced on last Monday, there have been hot sightseeing spots.
The one is “Sakamoto Hachiman Shrine” and the other one is “Dazaifu Exhibition Hall”. “Sakamoto Hachiman Shrine” stands on the site of ancient Japanese poet Yakamochi Ootomo’s house. And he held a event in which new imperial era name was sung. “Dazaifu Exhibition Hall” has the doll model of the event he held.
Since new imperial era name was announced by the government, tourists keep increasing drastically.
(When I visited Dazaifu Exhibition Hall in February, it was like private exhibition only for me without any other tourists. And there is no sign of “Sakamoto Hachiman Shrine” on the diorama map in the hall.)
Both of them locate in the same prefecture “Fukuoka” as TOUKA. And our guests can visit them in day trip from here. However we won’t recommend to do it, because it is not our style of traveling that planning travel as majority of other travelers. We don’t like such Japanese temperament in planning travel.

日本人気質！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
五月に改元される、元号が発表されて最初の週末。県下で赤丸急上昇となっている観光スポットがあるそうです。
新元号ゆかりの地とされる大伴旅人邸跡でもある「坂本八幡宮」と、太宰府政庁の敷地内にある「大宰府展示館」。新元号発表後の観光客はうなぎのぼりのようです。（大宰府展示館、２月に訪問した時は他に客はおらず、貸切状態でした。坂本八幡宮においては、展示館のジオラマ地図にも表記がないほどです。）
どちらも「灯火」とおなじ福岡県内にあり、当宿から日帰りで立ち寄ることも可能ですが、話題になっていて皆が行くから目指すというような旅のスタイル・日本人気質は推奨しない性分からオススメしません。
