Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

There has been two catastrophic disasters in recent Japan.

I introduced that I notice at the big differences toward the death between two disasters. Furthermore I concern opposite operation about important thing.

It is how to share/expose what we regret when we look-back the disaster.

In the case of East Japan Earthquake, every small problem has been looked back in detail with the real name of victims and share problem to the public (by mainly NHK).

On the contrary, in case of on-going pandemic, the information, how got infected and how got killed, was closed and there is no study and lesson from real cases. Rarely, some famous TV talents’ deaths were reported as victims of COVID-19, but nobody knows how they get infected and killed, so people have lost opportunities to learn from their deaths.

As the result of everyone’s innocence about real infection cases, number of deaths keep increasing in every time new wave of infection comes. You can see it easily in second graph on the site with using time slider function . And we can know how bad our government’s measures and policies are so far.

Do not need to open the name of patients, but it is important to share the case how they got infected and died with all people. Government, local government and individuals, all level should think of and tackle with the virus effectively with utilizing case study of actual infections.

I personally don’t want to hear episodes, such as earthquake/tsunami victims get killed by COVID-19 before the revival from the natural disaster.

過ち（致死）を繰り返さないために！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

激甚災害の東日本大震災と新型コロナウイルス感染拡大。

その被害者数・死者数の扱いが両災害で全く違うことに気付いたことを前の記事で紹介しましたが、もっと大事なことについても対応が真逆なことが気になります。

それはなにかというと、同じ過ちを繰り返さないための振り返りや反省の共有と公開です。

片や震災では誰がどういう状況で被災し、死に至ったか細かく解明し、そこからの学び・教訓を報道機関（主にNHK?）が国民に公開し・共有する流れが本流にあります。実名・関係者出演で紹介するものも少なくありません。

ところが一転して現在進行形の感染拡大については、誰がいつどうして感染し、どんな経緯で死に至ったのか、全くの非公開です。ごく稀に罹患・亡くなった有名芸能人感染者が何人か分かっていますが、その感染経路や死に至る過程について知っている人、それを教訓にして対策している人はほとんどいません。

そうした学びや反省の共有が出来ていない結末として、感染の波が来るごとに、確実に死者の数が増えています。公開中のデータはなぜか表示スパンが短いので認識しづらいですが、こちらのデータの死者のグラフ（二つ目のグラフ）の下にあるスライダーで時系列を見ると、国としての対応の悪さが「死者数の増加」という最悪の形で現れていることが分かります。

個人名・店名など固有名詞は出さないまでも、実際の感染事例 〜 致死に至るケーススタディを、もっと実感の湧く形で全国民と共有し、国・行政そして個人それぞれのレベルでより高度の感染予防に取り組めるようにしてもらいたいものです。

震災被災後に「花は咲く」ことのないまま、コロナで亡くなるなんて悲しい結末は無しにしたいです。
