After a while, terrible thing would be happened!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

At the foot of the highest mountain in Japan, I enjoyed lakeside stay.

Shade of tree could not make me satisfied. So I walked into the water.

However,

about a week later, terrible thing happened

on my both legs.

Tanned skin is peeling off from my legs.

I thought that I should not post the picture, because of they look so ugly now.

I was careless against UV, because I have been on the beach so often.

But the sunlight become so strong on the highland at an altitude of 1,000 meters.

この後、とんでもないことに！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

日本一の山の麓、湖畔での滞在、、、

木陰だけでは飽き足らずに、こんなことも。

ところが、、、

それから一週間経って、とんでもないことになってしまいました。

両足ともに皮が向けてボロボロです。

あまりにみっともなくて画像はやめておきます。

普段、ビーチで慣らしているからと油断してしまいました。

標高千メートルの日差しはなめてはいけません！

それでは、しっかり紫外線対策をして素敵な一日を！
