Better to Fix ASAP!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Ocean surface rises up during spring tide in Kanmon area.
“What will happen here, if sea level is risen up by global warming?”
I wondered during I took a walk sea side road,
and I found the object coincidentally.
It was the warship, I saw a day before, which hooked our lighted buoy.
It looked more spooky nearby.
Where will this ship head after this?
There was no buoy around its bow and
it seemed no damage on the ship.
However Kanmon Route is critical situation!
Patrol boat tried to substitute the buoy, day, evening and night. But it is very hard to stay in one place on Kanmon strait.
Fuel consumption must be high to stay there and several patrol boats rotate the role for refuel.
I wonder who pay the fee.
As both self-defense force and coast guard are paid by our tax, I hope that it will be paid by the insurance of tag boats, who made mistake to guide warship.
As of this Sunday, new buoy was located at the original spot.
That short lead time, which is less than a week, made me surprise.
During the lost period, someone substitute it with manpower and money and new one installed in such a short period.
The buoy must be very important.
It is locating at the hardest spot of the sea and works as a pair of green and red. Only one cannot guide ship to right direction.
Not like sea world, there is just floating, useless, rather obstructive things in the human world.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
関門エリアでは大潮の期間、海面が盛り上がります。
「温暖化が進んで海面水位が上がるとどうなるんだろう？」
そんなことを考えながら、海辺を散歩していると、、、
埠頭で思いがけないものを見つけました。
「灯浮標」を引っ掛けた あの退役自衛艦です。
近くで見ると、この船いっそうオドロオドロシイ感じ。
ココを出航した後はいったいどこに向かうのでしょう？
船首に引っかかっていた「灯浮標」は取り除かれていました。
自衛艦の方はほぼ無傷のようですが、、
「灯浮標」のなくなってしまった関門航路は大変です。
小型の警戒船が、昼・夜問わず、代役を努めていますが、
関門海峡は潮の流れが早いので、留まっているだけで大変です。
留まるために、流れに逆らってエンジンを回し続けるので、
燃料補充の必要があるのか、数隻が交代して代役を果たします。
そのための費用は誰が払うのか気になります。
自衛隊でも、海上保安庁でも原資は税金です。
（操船ミスしたタグボートの保険で支払われると良いのですが）
そんな「灯浮標」ですが、、、
日曜の朝には新しいものが設置されていました。
残念ながら設置工事の様子を見ることができませんでしたが、
取り替えに一週間かからなかったのは驚きです。
灯浮標のない間は、人出とお金をかけてバックアップして、
驚くほど短期間で、元通りに設置し直す。
それは、この「灯浮標」が重要であるがこそ！
難所にあって、緑と赤との対で機能する海の道標。
片方だけでは船を正しい方向にガイドできません。
海とは違い、人の世には、ただフワフワ浮いているだけで、
不要どころか、むしろ邪魔なのまであるけれど、、。
