Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
With the title of “Sakura Stay in Touka”, we keep updating SAKURA condition of this area. And it is reported already, but it is becoming the Best Time to see cherry blossoms with Kokura Castle.
No matter daytime of weekday, so many people, including kids in spring break, come together see the cherry blossoms. They are all eating lunch under cherry tree with full of smiles.
I was also sitting on the stone wall, eating convenience store’s ONIGIRI (rice ball) and watching castle, blossoms, and people.
So many tourist came by charter bus and they seem to be happy visiting this timing. They are talking each other by their own languages. (I guess by their smily faces.)
I recommended our guests to go and see Kokura Castle’s Sakura before transit train at Kokura. And I told us that Sakura with Castle was wonderful.
It is our great pleasure to make our guests, who came from the tropic country, far away from here.

いつ来るの？ イマでしょう！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
「サクラ・ステイ in 灯火」と銘打って、Facebookでこの地の開花状況を実況レポートしていますが、とうとう小倉城界隈が見頃になってきました。
平日のお昼にも関わらず、春休み中の子供達を連れ立っての花見客の多いこと、多いこと。皆さん桜の木の下で美味しそうに食事をしていました。
自分自身も石垣の上に腰掛けて、コンビニおにぎり片手に、お城と、花と、見物客とを、交互にウォッチング楽しむことができました。
観光バスによる海外からの旅行客も多く、このタイミングに訪れることが出来たことをそれぞれのお国の言葉で喜んでいるよう*でした。（*＝その笑顔から推測）
「灯火」のゲストにも、大分行きの電車乗り換え前にでも、小倉城は見ておくほうが良いですよ、と勧めたところ、「いやいや良かったよ」と感激して戻って来られました。
はるばる南国からやって来て、きれいな桜、我らが自慢の風景を見ていただくことができて本当に良かったです。
