What makes foreign tourists surprised, but Japanese don’t know!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Let us share one thing today, which we noticed because we take care for the tourists from foreign countries.
One of their most surprising thing in Kanmon area is;
Not the beautiful “strait’s night view”, which was selected as one of new top 3 cities for night views and is strongly promoted/recommended by local government, but the thing locates under 50m below the night view.
It is “Kanmon Pedestrian Tunnel”.
But you shouldn’t misunderstand. They are surprised at the tunnel itself, but a lot of Japanese runners jogging/running with great application in the tunnel. (This view point may be a little similar as the scramble crossing in Shibuya, Tokyo.)

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
おもてなしをしているからこそ気付く視点を一つご紹介。
関門エリアを訪れる観光客が驚くものは、、、
自治体がイチオシの新三大夜景に選ばれた秋雨に煙る「海峡の夜景」ではなくて、その下50mにある、、、
「人道トンネル」です。
ここで勘違いしてはいけないのが、驚くのはトンネル自体にではなくて、そこを一心不乱に走っている日本人だったりします。（この視点は、ちょっと渋谷のスクランブル交差点に似ているかもしれませんね。）
ホワイジャパニーズピーポー？！（笑）
それでは、時には少し引いて日本人（自分自身）を客観視してみる貴重な一日を！
