Good morning to the World, Chiba and Kanmon!
People are living in the blue towns in Chiba, Japan.
However most houses in sight are covered by blue sheets.
Same as disaster area in Tohoku 8 years ago, local carpenters and plasterers who are the professional in fixing houses cannot fix their own houses. (Because they prioritize other house to fix than their own houses.
Not only carpenters, but also staffs in the local government prioritize citizen’s life than their own lives.
The helps wanted in the disaster area are being shifted from big support by the selfdefense force to detail personal support of citizens level.
If you have time, how about you will go and join in the volunteer work in Chiba? I guarantee that you will find out that most saved person will be yourself after voluntary work.
And I personally believe that virtue will be more important essence for human beings than money.

世界中に朝が、千葉にも、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
蒼い町には人が住んでいます。
でも視野に入るほぼ全ての家が蒼く覆われています。
東北でもそうでしたが、本来修理のプロであるはずの大工さんや左官さんが自分自身の家を修繕できない状況です（人の家を優先するので）。
学校の後輩にあたる自治体職員も被災した自分の家そっちのけで、町民のために奔走していました。
求められているのは自衛隊レベルの大仕事的支援から、市民レベルの細かい支援が必要なステージに移っているように感じました。
お時間ある人は、人助けに出かけていってみてはいかがでしょうか？ 人を助けに行ったつもりが、実は救われるのは自分自身だということに気付く貴重な体験ができることと思います。
これからの世の中、お金以上に「徳」が必要になると実感しています。
