Japanese proverb ”人を以て鑑と為す = Others’ failure is seen to make one’s warning” seems to have opposite meaning of another Japanese proverb “対岸の火事 = That couldn’t happen here”.
For example, how is the construction plan for Spa facility at Higashiminato-machi in this port town progressing?
We heard that the facility include “local promotion for local consumption”commercial zone in it.
We were excited with imaging that we will introduce new healing by bathing in this port town to our guests after its completion.
If there is anybody who know the progress of the plan, please share it with us.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
「人を以て鑑と為す」とは、「対岸の火事」の対義する ことわざ らしいです。
で、海峡の向こう側のことをいくつか記事にしたら、海峡のこちら側のことが気になってきました。
そういえば、、、
わが港町のなか、東港町に建つと計画されていた温浴施設ってどうなったんでしたっけ？
地産地消の商業施設もできるなんて話を聞いたように思います。
完成したら、ゲストさんに「港町のお風呂」体験してもらおうと思っていたのですが、、、
計画の進捗を知っている方がいたら、情報共有いただきたいです。
