A Brand-new Ferry Boat to Hokkaido is here!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
We are still in self restraint mode in the city of Kitakyushu.
On the way back from necessary goods shopping at supermarket, I stopped at the pier with no one to watch beautiful sunset. Because we are going into TSUYU (rainy season) soon and much moisture in the air, the sun was not too blight and setting in Genkai-nada, with burning red.
At that time, I found a strange boat. Why the boat of northern area here?
Here is Kanmon strait, not Tsugaru strait!
It may be because of clockwise route is smoother than counter-clockwise route, a brand-new ferry boat went through this Kanmon strait.
By the way, this boat was built not only as a liner, but also as a multi-purpose ship at the time of disaster. I reconized that we do need this kind of ship in this country of natural disaster. Same time I wonder if this can be used as a hospital ship at the time of pandemic.

As we are in self restraint mode, I have an urge for riding motorcycle in the northern land, Hokkaido, again.

あぁ〜あ〜 関門海峡 〜 梅雨景色♫
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
いまだ外出自粛モードの北九州です。
生活必需品の買い物からの帰り道、人のいない岸壁で夕陽を見ました。
まもなく梅雨入りする空には水分が多いためか、夕陽に眩しさはなく赤く燃えながら玄界灘に沈もうとしています。
と、そこに、、、あれ？あれ？あれ？！
ここ関門海峡なんですけどぉ、、、
この時期、日本海まわりの方が海が穏やかなのか、ピカピカの新造船は「関門海峡」を進んでいきました。
ちなみにこの船、「災害時多目的船」に転用できるように作られている有り難い船のようで、この国にはこうした船が必要なんだなぁと再認識しました。パンデミック時には病院船にもなるのかな？
