Retro without feeling nostalgic

Our port town has become popular with tourists even on weekdays, and the town is known with subtitle of “retro.”
If you look up the meaning of the word “retro”, it will be explained as “retrospective. also, a feeling of nostalgia.”
However, people like us who had ever lived or being educated in this town cannot feel any nostalgia in here, so called retro area.
Because things are completely different now from what they used to be.

懐かしくないレトロ
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
平日にも観光客が来るようになっているわが港町、、、ちまたでは「レトロ」と呼ばれています。
「レトロ」という言葉の意味を調べると、、、「回顧的。また、郷愁に誘われる気持ち」と解説されますが、、、
そこで育った・学んだ人間が、通称「レトロエリア」なる場所を歩いても、まったく懐かしさを感じることはありません。
なぜなら、当時とまったく様子が異なってしまったからです。
そんな、高度成長期にこの町にいて、久しぶりに故郷に戻ってきた人が郷愁を感じられる場所をお教えします。
どうでしょうか？
当時のままの色の路面電車（動いてはいませんが）や艀が並ぶ船着場に懐かしさを感じていただけたでしょうか？
