Something good for your health?
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Yesterday was Monday and “Sports Day Holiday” in Japan
Did you do something good for your health on Sports Day Holiday?
Do you say that you basked in the afterglow of World Cup Rugby game? Oh, it is not bad.
Myself? I do love making myself exercise more than just watching somebody do sports. So I jumped into my car after cleaning this guesthouse and went out. Yes, to the sea!
As it was holiday and people have similar idea, parking lot of the beach was very crowded. (Not only holiday, but also there was still hard typhoon wave on Sunday. So everyone came to the beach on Mon.)
But on the sea, there was not so many people enjoying that time. Most of the people finished enjoying by lunch, because they have to work the next day. As I knew it, I always come to the beach only weekday or afternoon on the last day of weekend. That fits to the cycle of managing guesthouse, doesn’t that?
Fortunately, I got a gift from nature after enjoying with waves.

体にいいことなにか？
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
昨日の月曜日、日本では「体育の日」といって祝日休みでした。
「体育の日」なにか体にいいことされましたか？
ラグビーワールドカップの余韻に浸ってた？そういう過ごし方も悪くないですね。
自分は見るより、実際に動く方が好きなので、ゲストハウスを掃除した後、車に飛び乗って出かけました。そう、海へ！
やはり休日、同じように考える人はいるもので、駐車場は結構賑わっています。
（台風の影響で日曜日まで海に近づけなかったこともあるのかも。やはり今回の台風は凄かったと思います。）
肝心の海は、、、波はそこそこほとんどの人があがった後なので、結構空いています。たとえ休日混んでいても、ほとんどの人が翌日の仕事（家族サービス）に備えて午前中で上がることが分かっているので、自分が海に出るのは週末最終日の午後か週日です。ゲストハウスの営業サイクルにピッタリです。
半日楽しんだ後にはご褒美までついてました。
