How about Shaved ICE? Professional Taste!

July 21st,
All elementary schools in this area start SUMMER VACATION.
On the way back from Mekari Seawater Swimming pool,
I visited one place, expecting them to start serving …
SHAVED ICE!
They supposed to be serving shaved ice with the start of summer time table of Retro Line.
But they weren’t serving. And they said no plan to serve this year.
Last summer, it was nice place to get good Shaved Ice at reasonable price.
So I introduce one relatively new shop for my old friends who haven’t come back here in summer for long time.
There is special SHAVED ICE SHOP in our town.
It was opened 3 years ago.
And… open “ONLY SUMMER”.
(Shop just closed in other three seasons.)
As it says Special Shaved Ice Shop,
Shaved ice was soft and mild like fresh snow.
Sauces are specially and freshly made by an ice-cream material company in Fukuoka.
Of course, super delicious!
Plus amazing thing is NO Brain Freeze!
I think that it is because the shop was owned by Professional of ICE.
This is the biggest reason why they can survive with only summer business.
Nowadays, this is more typical of MOJI than BANANA, isn’t this?

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
7月21日、、、
この地区の小学校は夏休みに突入しました。
和布刈の塩水プールからの帰り、ある場所に寄ってみました。
この夏の販売開始を期待して、、、
「かき氷」の販売を！
夏休みモードのレトロライン「潮風号」の営業開始にあわせて、
かき氷も始めているかと思ったら、、、
残念ながら販売していませんでした。
聞いたところでは今年は販売の予定もないようです。
昨夏はプール上がりにお手頃かき氷がいただけて良かったのに、残念です。
気を持ち直して、最近夏に帰省していない同級生の皆さんのために、比較的新しい素敵なお店を紹介しましょう。
そのお店はこの町に出来た「かき氷の専門店」です。
開店してまだ３年しか経っておらず、
なんと「夏のみ期間限定店」です。
（夏以外のシーズンは閉店しているだけの不思議な店なんです。）
専門店というだけあって、
究極の薄削りのかき氷はマイルドで柔らかく、まるで新雪のよう。
ソースも福岡の専門店と共同開発した特別なものを３段がけ。
もちろん「めちゃウマ」なんですが、
驚いたことに、頭にキーンとこないんです。
その理由は、、、
思うに「氷の専門家」がこのお店のオーナー企業だからでしょう。
そして、それこそが「夏だけ営業」を実現出来る理由に違いありません。
その企業とは、、、
現代にあって、焼きカレーやバナナよりずっと門司らしい名物だとは思いませんか？
（個人的には、レトロ地区ではなく、栄町に開店していることにとても好感をもっています。）
