A storm is coming!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
It was Friday, and I was here preparing for the weekend’s hosting,
and I found black clouds approaching from the west.
Soon, it started to rain in waterfalls and we could hear thunder.
The rain continued for about an hour, and then a sunny spell began to peek out from the western sky.
“Now is the time!” Although I was an hour late, I headed off to do some shopping for weekend hospitality.
I was behind schedule, but I completed the mission without getting wet even by a drop of rain.
Such experience reminds me of when I was in my 40s working at a company and attended a management school paid by the company’s money.
I spent a year, learning a lot from various lecturers dispatched by G_OB_S Business School, but there is one thing I remember now.
“To keep my perspective high”
We can see many things when we are at this guesthouse on a hill.
We can see not only the weather in the future, but also various things in the future.
And it’s the guests who show me the scenery.

P.S. I guess that this the last rain of the rainy season this year.

嵐が来るぞぉ〜！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
金曜日、ここにいて週末のおもてなしの準備をしていると、、、
西の方から黒い雲が近づいて来るのが見えます。
ほどなくして、滝のような雨が降りはじめ、雷鳴も聞こえてきます。
雨は一時間ほど降り続くと、今度は西の空から晴れ間がのぞいてきます。
「それ、今だ」と一時間遅れになってしまいましたが、おもてなし用の買い出しに出発。
スケジュールこそ押してしまいましたが、おかげで一滴の雨にも濡れることなくミッションコンプリート。
この体験で思い出すのは、会社で働いていた４０代、会社のお金で有志と参加した経営塾。
グ◯ービ◯経営大学院から派遣された様々な講師から、一年かけて色々学んできましたが、今覚えているのは一つ。
「視座を高く」
高台のこの宿にいると色々なことが見えてきます。
先の天気のことだけでなく、少し先の色々なことも見えてきます。
そしてその景色を見せてくれるのは、、、ゲストさんたち。
それでは、視座を高く素敵な一日を！
