Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
The first three days of 2022, weather was always calm and we could have good new year days.
Blue sky and blue strait,
the most beautiful thing which takes our breaths away was the view of downtown Kitakyushu with the shadow of Mount Sasakura on evening sky as its background. It made us forget that Kitakyushu is an industrial city.
Of course, the night view of Shimonoseki, the other side of the strait was very beautiful as usual.
We are glad to have opportunities to share such fine views from this guesthouse with our guests for whole year 2022.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
2022年のお正月三が日、こちらのお天気はずっと穏やかで良いお正月を迎えることが出来ました。
青空に、青い海峡。
息を呑むほどキレイだったのは日没直後の北九州の町並み、市内最高峰の皿倉山が朱に染まった空に浮かび上がるのを背景に、工業都市ということを忘れるほどでした。
もちろん、その後の対岸、下関の夜景もいつも通りキレイでした。
ここから見渡すこの景色を、また今年一年ゲストの皆さんとシェアできる喜びを感謝して！
