Somehow clear air we have now

Since temperature became not so hot in this town this week,

It may just my imagination, but it is not bad feeling like that.

So we have been enjoying this view from our harbor view windows.

こころなしか澄んで見える

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

この町でも気温が暑くなくなって以来、

こころなしか大気が澄んでいるような気がします。

気のせいかもしれませんが、そう思えることは決して悪くはありません。

というわけで、港が見える宿の窓からこんな景色を眺めながら早くなった黄昏時を満喫しています。

Don’t turn off the lights!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It seems that we won’t loose the lights of the strait.

We found it in headline local news of this week.

Because local government misread their regional situation and the reputation of the land, the public bidding for next tenant ended in failure and the explanation at the press conference was unclear at all. So we all just don’t think it’s a very cool result. However,

for now, it looks like the precious lights of this strait will not go out. That really makes us feel relieved.

I’m glad that the photos of the other side that I took on Sunday ended up being a waste of time.

灯りを絶やすな！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

どうも海峡の灯り、消えずに済みそうです。

今週のニュースで判明しました。

地域情勢やその土地に対する人気を見誤った結果、期待外れに終わった一般公募のみならず、記者会見での説明もぜんぜん冴えなくて、なんかとてもカッコ悪い結果にしか思えませんが、、、

とりあえずはこの海峡の大事な灯りが消えずに済みそうで良かったと心から思いました。

この日曜に撮りに行った対岸の様子も無駄に終わって良かったです。

PM6:30 Sunday at the port town

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On Sunday after sunset, I walked around our port town.

At the time, there was no hot and strong sunshine, and I could enjoy the best walking time.

People started to move toward their homes and the town was getting its original atmosphere back.

I could take some pictures of the other side which will loose the lights of Ferris wheel.

日曜 PM6:30 港町にて

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

日曜の日没後、わが港町を散歩してみました。

暑くて強い日差しのなくなるこの時間が一番の散策タイムです。

人々は誰もが町に背を向け帰路に向かい、町は本来の姿を取り戻します。
