Refreshing!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Because of doing busy first half this week taking some measures for COVID-19 prevention and not good infection status around this area, we decided think last half of this week as refreshing and energy charging period.

Deli foods from supermarket can be changed to harbor view cafe menu, can’t them?
(If I have good skill of photography, this must be perfect picture. smile)

It is not bad to keep staying home against COVID-19.

気分転換！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

週の前半に新型コロナ対応に奔走したのと、地域の感染状況が芳しくないのとで、週後半はステイホームを強化し、休息＆エネルギーチャージの時間にすることにしました。

スーパーの惣菜弁当も、こうして食べると海峡ビューのカフェ飯に変身です。
（もう少し撮影が上手いと完璧だったのですが、、、笑）

ステイホームも満更でもありません。

いつの日にか / Someday

Someday

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

On a cloudy Tuesday, it was just after sunset when I came back from several business.

It was a beautiful sky which made us to expect better weather next morning. Under the sky, one unfamiliar passenger ship move slowly heading to the west.

We guess that many ships go to dock for maintenance during slow business due to COVID-19 infection.
This ship “INORI” seemed to go back to her work place from shipbuilder in Ikuchi-jima island.
(She has just started business in May last year.)

I hope that I can travel by this ship with wonderful name* someday to visit beautiful churches on the islands.
(*”INORI” is Japanese word which means “Pray”. It is because of her working area.)

いつの日にか

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

曇り空の火曜日、色々あった用事を済ませて宿（ココ）に戻ると、ちょうど陽が沈んだところでした。

天気の回復を期待させる西空をバックに見慣れない新しい船が一隻、西に向かってゆっくり進んでいきます。

どうもこの時期、新型コロナウイルスの感染で運休になった客船は点検に入るようですね。
当該の船「いのり」は生口島にある造船所から職場(?)へ戻るところだったようです。
（昨年５月に就航したばかりの新造船なのに？）

いつかこの素敵な名前の美しい船で、島の古い教会を訪ねてみたいなぁ。

雨のにおい / Smell of Rain

Smell of Rain

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

After living while in the atmosphere with nature, I have felt myself becoming more sensitive than ever.

It was warm and humid here in Kanmon area with a little sunshine, but air got heavy when sky became red and temperature got down after sunset.

I could felt slight smell of coming rain.

Weather forecast also reported high ratio chance of shower starting early morning today on Monday.
(But unfortunately, I cannot feel any smell of settlement of the infection. There are not any positive news nor good business forecast neither.)

雨のにおい

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

自然豊かな環境の中で暮らしていると、、、

感覚が敏感になってきます。

日曜日、ここ関門エリアでは多少の日差しもあって蒸し暑い感じでした。日が沈み空が赤らんでくると同時に気温が下がってきて、空気が重く感じられるようになりました。

ほのかに雨のにおいを感じます。

天気予報もまた雨の可能性が高いことを報じていました。
（残念ながら、感染収束のにおいを感じることは出来ず、報道も景況予測も悲観的なままです。）
