Comfortable on the way, Terrible on the way back!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
As our precious guests were really disappointed, I write this wishing this information will connect to the right people.
What they got disappointed is preparation/operation for the audience of Rugby World Cup game.
According to our guests, everything was fine on the way to the stadium. Terrible things appeared after the stadium. Specially everything was terrible after the game.
Because huge numbers of people started to move from stadium and downtown. They had to wait in long lines to ride any transportation. Furthermore, foods were bad. Foods was not hot and beer was warm but everything was expensive there. Everybody was starving when they arrived at station, but no food was left in any stores and restaurants. To make matters worse, they had to stand in the train about an hour whole way to Kokura, even after they passed several trains with full of people.
But our guests were so nice people that they worried about other people who will visit the next day (which is Sunday).

行きは良い良い、帰りは酷い！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
当宿の大切なゲストさんが、行き場のない失望感を抱かれていたので、どこかに届かないかと記事にしてみます。
で、何に失望したかというと、ラグビー・ワールドカップ観戦に際しての準備・対応についてです。
ゲストさんによると、スタジアムへ向かうまでは電車も駅もシャトルバスも整然と管理・運営されていて、非常に心地よかったそうです。がっかりしたのはスタジアムについてから、特に試合が終わってからが悲惨だったそうです。
スタジアムや町中から一斉に人が動き出したので、バスに乗るにも電車に乗るにも長い列。加えて食べ物、、、スタジアムの飲食は高いくせに食べ物は冷たくて、ビールはぬるい（ビール一杯千円もしたそうです）。行列の末町に着いた時には、お腹が減って仕方がなかったのに、どこの店でも食べ物・飲み物は売り切れだったそうです。トドメは帰りの電車。満員のため何本か乗り過ごした後で乗り込んだ列車は席はなく、１時間以上立ったまま乗って帰ってきたそうです。
土曜の試合で酷かったのが、きっと日曜の試合でも再現されるのではと、他人のことまで心配されていました。
