Preparation for investigation?

As it is super cold outside today, let me introduce one interesting finding.
This picture was taking this week at our favorite supermarket.
What we found was the inside of the plastic bag police men had.
Through the plastic bag, we could see what’s inside that we can’t help but be curious about.
I guess that they were preparing for investigation at the police department.
（In Japanese TV drama, pork cutlet bowl rice is often used in the scene of investigation.)
It is not sure whether they can make the suspect talk about the case only with supermarket’s value price deli food.
Don’t you want to try their investigation food of Moji police in Kitakyushu. It is really tasty and reasonable.
