Happy messages!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
It rained cats and dogs in Kanmon area yesterday.
It kept raining till noon and prevented our guest from going sightseeing.
Rain stopped afternoon and here was surrounded by warm air.
Weather forecast said that it was HARUICHIBAN (the first strong south winds of the year).
And happy messages came to TOUKA with spring wind.
At first, we got message from a weekend guests, who run marathon race. He said that he broke his personal record at Kitakyushu marathon.
He is running more than two races a months but it’s been a long time since the last record break. It was a great news for us who cheered from the roadside.
Other messages are female guests who stayed same weekend. They visited Tsunoshima separately but both sent us super beautiful pictures. Both of them put comments that it was memorable stay/travel with their pictures. I felt that our effort to advising guests has paid off by their comments.

うれしい便り！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
昨日の関門エリアは午前中滝のような雨。
それがお昼すぎまで続き、ゲストも外出するのに足止めを食らっていました。
そんな雨がお昼すぎに上がり、その後には青空と暑いくらいの空気に包まれました。なんでも、春一番だったそうです。
そして春風と一緒にうれしいメッセージが「灯火」に届きました。
まずは、この週末滞在されたゲストの一人から、マラソンの結果について、、、なんと久々に自己ベストを更新されたようです。
月２・３レース走られるランナーなので、スゴいことだと思います。沿道で応援したこともあり、とてもうれしい知らせです。
その他にも、日曜に別々のルートで角島や元乃隅稲成神社を訪ねたゲスト達から、とってもきれいな画像が送られてきました。とっても思い出にのこる旅だったと、コメントも添えられていて、宿主冥利に尽きる複数の便りにうれしい笑顔がこぼれます。
