New Gear starts working at TOUKA!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Not like government’s one, yesterday was the Perfect “Premium Friday” to start using our new gear.

It was a few weeks ago. Since we got it at huge discount shop, came from the U.S., bad parts were changed and re-assembled, finally installed at the place in TOUKA this week.

This is the gear we wanted for long time.
The first stage of this gear was the BBQ party of one year my junior in high school.
Juicy pork spareribs,

Beef tongue steak,

Large and thick beef steak and vegetables,

Hot dogs and char-grilled hamburgers,

This gear displayed its great ability as quality cooking gear.
(I also feel confident of my grilling skill, trained during U.S. stay.)

新兵器いよいよ登場！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

今日こそがプレミアムフライデー！ともいえる絶好の日和に恵まれて、「灯火」の新兵器がデビューしました。

おもえば数週間前、海の向こうからやって来た超大型量販店で購入してから、お隣の国製の宿命から不良パーツを取り替えたりして、今週ようやく「灯火」の定位置に収まりました。念願のギアです。
こけら落としは高校の後輩グループのプチ同窓会。

本格ソーセージに肉汁たっぷりのスペアリブ、

牛タンステーキ、

厚切りビーフステーキに野菜、

本格炭焼きハンバーガーなどなど、

 

十二分に威力を発揮してくれました。
（アメリカに駐在してた時の腕も、まだまだ鈍ってなかったようでホッとしました。）

これから迎える絶好のBBQシーズン、ゲストさん達との素敵な時間の演出に一役かってくれそうです。

それでは、どうぞ気持ちのよい空の下で最高の食事を最高の友と囲んで友と楽しむ、そんな素敵な一日を！
