How to charge PRANA
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
It was Full Moon and Spring Tide on Tuesday. Could you get charged enough from both of them?
We guess that there are not a few people who was too busy to watch the moon.
But as long as we are creature on this earth, the timing “Full Moon and Spring Tide” is very important for us. If your progenitor were a kind sea creature like coral or grass puffer and miss the timing, you were not born in this world.
On such day of “Full Moon and Spring Tide”, we recommend to enjoy Yoga, specially Meditation in TOUKA. So we have yoga room in this guesthouse for our guest to feel the effect of the day.
In our yoga room, we can enjoy meditation, with watching the moon move and feeling the move of tide in the strait. When we do meditation in the silent room, listening the sound of sea water moving far from the room, we can feel not simple power, but quality energy called Prana in yoga world.
How about feeling the prana in our yoga room?
The room is very small but filled with prana more than any other yoga studio in this area. (In Tokyo, the best yoga studio is one in the Embassy of India. But we believe that our yoga room has purer prana than that.)

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
火曜日の満月の大潮、しっかりエネルギー充電できたでしょうか？
とはいっても忙しすぎて、月なんて見る余裕すらないという人も少なくないと思います。
ただ地球の生物である限り、このタイミング「満月の大潮」は非常に大切です。もしあなたの祖先が珊瑚やクサフグのような海洋生物だった頃に、このタイミングを逸したとすれば、あなたはこの世に存在していないぐらい重要です。
そんな満月の大潮、「灯火」が提案するのはヨガ、、、それも瞑想（メディテーション）です。瞑想の効果をゲストさんに感じてもらうため、実は当宿には「ヨガ・ルーム」があります。
月の軌道をずっと目で追いながら、海峡を流れる潮の動きも感じ、瞑想できるお部屋が当宿にはあります。窓を開けて、遠くから聞こえてくる潮の音を聞きながら静かに瞑想すると、単なるパワーではないエネルギー（ヨガではプラーナと呼びます）が湧いてきます。
そんなプラーナを「ヨガ・ルーム*」で感じてみませんか？
*ちいさなお部屋ですが、この周辺のどのヨガスタジオよりもプラーナで満ちています。（東京では、「桜を見る会」で今話題の新宿御苑の隣にあったスタジオが数年前になくなって以来、一番はインド大使館のスタジオですが、プラーナの質はそこにも決して負けていません。）
