I saw what I shouldn’t have seen?!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I reached at one concern after watching several news.
Repairing NIKKO TOSHOGU, one of the world’s heritage costs 1.2 billion JPY. Repairing MOJIKO station, one of important cultural properties of Japan costs 2.2 billion JPY.
As the price is too expensive and it is hard to compare estimates, we cannot understand how much is the right price. But I have imagined vaguely that JR Kyushu (railroad company) may charge the cost onto the ticket fee. Basic fare in Japan is already super high level. I wonder if price increasing of public transpiration is good strategy of not for the country who want to strengthen itself as a country of tourism. For your reference, basic fare of subway is approx. 130JPY in Korea and 60JPY in Taiwan.
By the way, the landmark of our town, MOJIKO station building was partly opened on last Saturday.
“Partly Open” can be replaced with “Partly Close”. Human beings have a habit that we want to see the closed part. Fortunately, as the window to the closed part was open, so I watched the part through the window.

Personally, I concern very much about the business hour of the international brand cafe. I wonder if the cafe can be the relax place in the morning and the night for tourists, because I keep hearing complaints of tourists “There is no where to go in MOJIKO in the morning and the night”. (I am planning to hangs out there with two cups of coffee, after the cafe will be opened.)

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
色々なニュースを見ていて、気になりました。
世界遺産の日光東照宮の改修費用が約12億円。国の重要文化財の門司港駅の改修費用が約22億円。。。
金額があまりにも大きいのと、見積もり比較ができないので、いくらが正しいのかわからなくなる次元の話ですが、ＪＲ九州はこの費用を運賃に転嫁するのかなぁと漠然と想像してしまいました。韓国では地下鉄の初乗りは130円ほど、台湾では60円、すでに高い高いとゲストが嘆いている運賃が上がるのは、観光立国化したい国の国際競争力としてはどうでしょうね？
さて、先の土曜日に部分公開した我が町のランドマーク、門司港駅。
部分公開ということは、読み替えれば、公開していない部分もあるということです。そう言われるとそこが見たくなるのが人間の心理。幸いに非公開部分に通じる窓は公開されていたので、覗いてみました。

個人的にはここに入る予定の世界的ブランド・カフェの営業時間がとっても気になります。朝晩にくつろげる居場所のない我が町にあって、観光客の温かい居場所となり得るかどうか？（自分はコーヒー二杯で入り浸りたいですけど、、、ね。）
