Where is the conscience of this industry?

As someone working in the hospitality industry, one shocking news was reported a few days ago.

Before they opened, when I was still working in Tokyo, I used more than half of the facilities listed here.
At the time, there were special weekday-only rates available, and I remember enjoying a very comfortable, reasonably priced, and high-quality stay there.
However, last year when I needed to use one of these hotels and looked into it,
I was very surprised at how expensive the accommodation fees were.
I could expect that there would be a lot of inbound guests at their front desk, but I could never expect that such disappointing treatment would be taking place behind the scenes.
As a result, although it was a prestigious establishment, our stay reeked of an old hotel and was disappointing and not worth the cost.
If we look closely at the 15 hotels in question, we see that they do not include new hotel chains, and nearly half are old, historic hotels.
Because of relative pricing without hospitality mind, there are not a few facilities that leave guests with a disappointing impression, we guess.

業界の良心
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。
宿泊業界に身を置く立場としては、ちょっとショッキングなニュースが報道されました。

開業する前、まだ東京にいた頃、ここに挙げられている施設の半分以上を利用してきましたが、、、
当時はまだ平日限定のお得な価格設定などもあって、とても快適かつリーゾナブルに高品質な滞在を満喫できた記憶があります。
ところが昨年とある必要があって、このうちの一つを利用しようと調べた時には、
その設定宿泊料金の高さにとても驚きました。
フロントでのインバウンド客の多さは想定内だったのですが、その裏でこうした残念な対応がなされていたとは予想だにしませんでした。
結果、由緒正しいとはいえ、古いホテルの匂いが立ち込める施設での滞在は、そのコストと見合わない残念感を味わうこととなりました。
よくよく問題の１５社を見てみると、新手のホテルチェーンなどは含まれておらず、歴史ある古いホテルが半数近くです。
相対的料金設定の結果、利用者に「期待はずれ」な印象を持たれている施設も少なくないのではないでしょうか？
