The season has started now.

The season, in which fireworks go up at somewhere around this strait almost every week.

Last night, fireworks went up in the sky above the city center more than an hour.

The best seat might be on the deck of long distance ferry boat?

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

さぁ、またこのシーズンがやってきました。

毎週のように海峡のどこかで花火の上がる夏が、、、

昨日は繁華街の空に一時間以上花火が上がっていたようです。

一番の観覧席はフェリーの甲板だったかも？

Strait Town in Summer

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

During we were waiting for our guests arrival, we heard popping sound from outside.

We went upstairs and looked outside from the window, and found out fireworks at the far side of the strait.

Yes, we are going into Summer!

We will have fireworks somewhere in the strait every weekend from now on, won’t we?

We just remembered that this strait is always like that in summer.

海峡の夏

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

ゲストの到着をお待ちしている間に、外からポンポンと音が聞こえてきました。

慌てて二階の窓から外を見ると、遠くで花火が上がっているのが見えました。

さぁ夏です！

きっとこれから週末ごとにどこかで花火が上がっているのをみるようになるのでしょう。

この海峡はそんな場所だということを思い出しました。

花火の聞こえる町 / A town with fireworks

A town with fireworks

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Around this strait, fireworks are often set off at various timing,

such as mid-summer OBON, new year eve and even in the weekend during COVID-19 pandemic, which are surprise fireworks.

And they are sometimes set off during day time.

They are not surprise fireworks, but cerebration of launching ceremony.

A few days ago, a large patrol boat of Japan Coast Guard was launched there.

They have launched huge ferry boat, special spec boats and so on. That shipyard is doing well, isn’t it?

Fireworks enliven the place.

Last evening, they seemed to be busy with rigging work.

花火の聞こえる町

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

お盆に大晦日、そして新型コロナの感染拡大後にはサプライズと、この町では頻繁に花火が上がります。

そして時折昼間にも、景気良く花火の音が聞こえる時があります。

サプライズ花火ではありませんよ。

対岸にある造船所での新造船の進水式です。

つい先日も海上保安庁の大型船が進水されました。

大型フェリーや特殊船舶など次々に造られていて、景気がいいですよね。花火がそれを盛り上げます。

日が落ちた後も進水した船の艤装作業が進められているようです。
