Japanese Title (邦題)： 「明日、晴れるといいね！」末尾に
Hoping it will be fine tomorrow!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Unfortunately, it was rain on Friday in Kanmon area.
And it was extremely heavy rain here.
Bad weather usually made me blue,
however, I feel fine with listening pleasant news.
It is the brand-new policy announced by new political party.
which was established by current Governor of Tokyo.
(Japan is in the middle of House of Representatives general election.)
We are not sure that guesthouse talking about political issue is good or not good, but we try to report actual Japan with considering guests’ interests a lot. It is because so many guests we talked in this dining room were interested in political situation of Japan and most of them are against current administration of Japan.
What are catching our eyes are:
* To Freeze the plan of increasing consumption tax up to 10%.

Current administration of Japan thinks based on increasing consumption tax. However it is worth to be discussed we really need to increase consumption tax or not. As the alternative to a
consumption tax, they are thinking about taxing internal reserves of big companies, which amounts about 300 trillion yen. We think that is the correct idea.
* To accelerate regulatory reform, utilizing special economic zone, without giving a warm reception only to relations and friends.

We are not sure how many guests know this issue, but this policy came from scandal and hiding characteristics of current administration of Japan. They want to focus on special economic zone and utilize it as its original plan.
With seeing only two policies above, we know the new party is confrontational attitude. I felt cool with listening their policy which attacks blind and vital spot of current administration and has good sense of humor.
But honestly speaking, it is too early for Party of Hope to become administration of Japan. So primary goal of this general election is not let government party to take majority. Later after Tokyo Olympic game, the first female prime minister will be installed in Japan. This is my personal idea about political plan in Japan.
Anyway, the other side of this strait is Yamaguchi District 4, which is the electoral zone of Abe.
We don’t think big change will happen in the zone but there may be big change happen in Honshu island which Yamaguchi District 4 belongs.
We are feeling like watching light way up there.

明日、晴れるといいね！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
残念ながら、金曜日の関門エリアは朝から雨でした。
それも大雨、ものすごい勢いで雨が降りました。
天気が悪いと、気分が滅入るものですが、
うれしいニュースが報道されて、気分が明るくなりました。
それは、現東京都知事が立ち上げた新党が発表した政策です。
ゲストハウスが政治のことを言うのもどうかと思いましたが、ゲストの興味をも鑑み、日本の状況を報告しようと思います。なぜなら、これまでこのダイニングで話したゲストには、意外にも日本の政治に興味のある方が多く、さらにアンチ現首相という姿勢を示した方が多かったからです。
さて、昨日発表された新党の政策の中で目を引いたのは：
・２年後の消費税増税（10％へ）を凍結する。

→ 現政権は全てを増税ありきで考えていますが、10％は国民の希望
した「約束」ではないはずです。そもそも増税の必要があるのか、
そこを問い直す姿勢は評価に値します。歳入確保の代替策として、
賃金を抑え拠出された「300 兆円もの大企業の内部留保への課税」
は正しいと思います。
・おともだち厚遇ではない、特区を活用した抜本的な規制改革を進める。

→ 外国人で知っている方がどれほどいるか知りませんが、これは現政権
の経済特区を隠れミノにしたスキャンダルと隠蔽体質を示唆しつつ、
特区を「本来あるべき姿」に正そうという政策です。
この2つを見るだけで、真っ向から現政権に立ち向かう対戦姿勢です。
現政権の死角と急所を突くセンスある施策に気分がスッキリします。
ただ正直、政権転覆は時期尚早なので、まずは野党全体で過半数を抑える。
その後、国会での政策論議を通じて準備し、次回（ポストオリンピック？）
に実践評価を得た後、都知事を経験した日本初の女性首相で政権交代する
といいなぁ、などと勝手なことを考えています。
さぁ、この海峡の対岸は「山口4区」。つまり現首相の城下町。
対岸では火事は起こらないかもしれませんが、対岸の所属する本州では
民意に大地震が起こるかもしれませんね。
ずるずると続くモヤモヤ暗雲に明かりが見えるような気がします。
