Race day on coming Sunday!

Runners in this neighborhood seem like ready for the race.

We will have guests from far away to participate in the event.

We are also preparing gears to take a fine shot of our guests running through this town.

Start of the race will be at 9:00AM on Sunday.
Weather forecast says “Sunny partly cloudy”, temp will be Highs 10C and Lows 6C. It will be best condition for the runners.

自分もこの町を駆け抜けるゲストの勇姿をしっかりカメラに収めようと機材を準備しています。

Big news came in yesterday.

Runner, Yuuki Kawauchi, who won Kitakyushu Marathon this year, also won Boston Marathon!

Really congratulation!

Don’t you try our Kitakyushu Marathon next year, which Kawauchi ran this year. TOUKA will support Runner and family on the marathon day.

今年２月にご当地北九州マラソンをブッチ切りで制覇した川内選手が、、、

かのボストンマラソンをも制覇したという大ニュースが入りましたね。

ほんとうに、本当におめでとうございます。

Sunny but sometime snowing Sunday, bunch of runners were running on seaside national road, which will be the marathon course next Sunday.

Next Sunday, the marathon race day, neighbor community of TOUKA will install marathon supporting stage and traditional Japanese drams are played on the stage to cheer runners. (according to neighbor’s routing slip)

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

青空はのぞくも、時折雪のちらつく日曜日、大会当日以外見たことないくらいのランナーがシーサイドを走っています。

大会当日の来週の日曜日は「灯火」の属する我が町内会でも、レースコースに近いという地の利を活かして、沿道コース脇のスペースで、伝統の太鼓などを用いて、国道199号線を疾走してくるランナーを応援するイベントが開催されるようです。（回覧板情報）

ここのところの記事に立て続けでマラソンについて、くどいですが、当市あげてのイベントですし、あまりにランナーが多かったもので、もう一度。どうぞご容赦を。

ランナーのみなさん、がんばってくださ〜い！

もし、親愛なるこの地元の方で海外からのランナーを（小森江で）応援したみたい方がいらっしゃいましたら「灯火」までご連絡を。（灯火としては、走ってくる彼女をいち早く見つけて、小森江名物の赤レンガ倉庫をバックに力走している姿を撮影してあげたいと考えています。小森江での経験が良い思い出になるように、、、）
