“The adult illumination” in our port town will be continued whole this winter until February.
If you want to visit there to enjoy the illumination, starting point of your sightseeing spot must be this place.
However if you come there with your automobile, you may have a difficulty to find parking lot for you and you may be surprised by the parking fee. So it may be difficult start trip from the landmark.
If you stay at this guesthouse, you can ride on the train at Komorie, the station just before to look around the port town, Mojiko, you can start your sightseeing like traveling people in Taisho era.
Of course, there were no LED illumination lights, The lights might be lantens.

起点はココ！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
この冬ずっと、２月まで続く我が港町の「大人のイルミネーション」。
見に行くなら、スタートはやっぱりココ。
でも駐車場が意外と良いところで駐められなかったり、意外や高かったり、なかなかランドマークスタートは難しいようです。
当宿ステイでひとつ前の「小森江駅」から電車で「門司港」入りすれば、、、
レトロな時代の人たちとおんなじ視線で夜の門司港観光が出来ますよ。
もっとも当時はLEDのイルミネーションなどなくて、もっぱら提灯かなんかでしょうけれど、、、
