Thanks and expectations

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It was the Labor Thanksgiving Holiday yesterday but we had strong north wind whole day in Kanmon area.

The wind brought rain and it rained intermittently.

In between the rain, we had sunshine sometimes.

And when we thought it got brighter, we had a beautiful rainbow in the direction of the port.

We may have something good?

We have seen rainbows very often in this month. Though it is cold here but it seems like the rainbow state, Hawaii.

勤労感謝の祝日、関門エリアはつよい北風に見舞われました。

風に乗ってやってくるにわか雨も断続的に降りました。

その雨の合間に天気雨のような瞬間が訪れて、

パッと明るくなったかと思うと、港の方向にきれいな虹が浮かび上がりました。

今月は虹がよく現れる関門です。寒いけれど、レインボーステイト、ハワイみたいです。

A little autumn in a little guesthouse

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

We thought that there are no autumn leaves which change color to yellow and red.

But there they are!

Ivy leaves along the concrete block wall of our garden are pretty red now.

They are a little vermilion but we like them very much.

We heard that today’s cold rain will scatter all autumn leaves in Japan. Could you enjoy autumn this year enough?

ちいさい宿の ちいさい秋

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

この宿には紅葉する木なんてないと思っていたら、、、

ありました！

庭のコンクリートのブロック塀に沿って、綺麗に紅葉しています。

ささやかな朱色ですが、結構気に入っています。

今日降る冷たい雨が、日本中の紅葉を散らしてしまうそうですが、秋は満喫できたでしょうか？

Let’s go to the public offices!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Instead of first class sightseeing spots, public offices locate at fine places.

For example, Department of Transportation locates near the beautiful tideland,
and the tax office locates at the pier with fine view of strait and beautiful bridge.

And more than anywhere, it is the best timing to visit the city hall now.

Our city hole have very nice neighbor. And now is best timing to visit.

The mailing address is “in the walls of castle”, Very nice, isn’t it?
It means “imperial palace”, if it is in Tokyo.

そうだ、役所行こう！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

この町は一流の観光地がない代わりに、各種役所がいいとこに建っています。

前回紹介した運輸局は干潟のそばに、税務署は夜景の綺麗な海峡のたもとに、、、

そしてなにより、今良いのが市役所です。

なんといってもお隣に恵まれていて、最高の季節です。

その住所を見ても「城内」！ 東京だったら「皇居」の扱いですよね。
