Happy music, Sad music!
Good morning to the World, Kanmon and work places!
Last morning, a guest muttered in dining, with cup of coffee in his hand.
“Today, this music sounds very sad.”
He is a repeater guest who have stayed here for several days after Obon days.
What? Why? It is same acoustic music with cool guitar and accordion, we play every morning.
He said “it sounded very exciting in the first morning.”
“Sigh…. holidays are over today. And I have to work tomorrow.”
There seems to be blue Monday in the neighbor country.
It was the feeling I have forgotten in these days. But, yes, I knew the feeling.
It is the feeling Japanese lost after “the work style reform”, isn’t it?
So I advised him “We, all Japanese people, refreshed completely in holidays and go back working places with full energy and motivation. Good luck for you!”.
It seems that personal/individual “mind reform toward work style reform” is more important than the reform by the governments and companies.

楽しい曲、哀しい曲！
世界中に朝が、関門にも、そして職場にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
昨日の朝のこと。ダイニングで珈琲を手にゲストがつぶやきました。
「今朝は音楽が哀しく聞こえる。」
お盆後の数日を当宿貸切でご利用いただいたリピーターゲストさんの一言です。
えっ！かけている音楽はいつもと同じ爽やかなギターとアコーディオンのデュオなのに、、？！
彼いわく「最初の朝はウキウキ楽しい音楽だったのにぃ、、、」
「はぁ、今日でおしまい。さらに明日からは仕事っ！」
お隣の国でも連休後のブルーマンデー、あるようです。
最近忘れていた感覚です。でも、あるある、昔自分にもありました。
今や働き方改革の進んだ日本では忘れられた感覚ですね。
「日本人はガッツリ休んだあとは、やる気満点バリバリ仕事するんだよ。頑張ってね！」と励ましておきました。
どうも、社会の仕組みとしての「働き方改革」よりも、個人・自分自身としての「働き方を改革しようとする気持ち」が大事みたいです。
それでは、どうぞやりがい満載の仕事に向かってバリバリ素敵な一日を！
