Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
A few days ago, I read a book which tells that speed walking is very good for body and mind and I decided to walk on the day with no waves.
The book says that there is much more effect in morning walk than night walk, I make effort to start walking in the time when morning dew remains.
On my favorite waking course, local people are also walking but we can enjoy fresh air without mask, because not so many walkers there like big city.
Feeling sea breeze, we can enjoy comfortable exercise with reasonable number of steps. This Komori walking is good morning refreshment. Don’t you challenge it with us during your stay in TOUKA.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
最近、ある本でウォーキング、それも早足で歩くのが身体に良いというのを読んで、波のない日にはできるだけ歩くようにしました。
夜ウォークよりも、朝ウォークの方が効果が大きいらしく、朝露の残る時間に歩こうと頑張っています。
お気に入りの散歩コースには、地域の人も歩いているのですが、都会ほどではないので、容易に密は回避できるので、マスク無しの深い呼吸を楽しめます。
海からの風に、適度な段数の階段も心地よく、朝からリフレッシュできる小森江ウォーキング、当宿滞在の折には一緒にチャレンジしてみませんか？
