Risk is not only COVID-19 infection!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
In these days, the number of infected people in Japan has been increasing explosively. Specially Tokyo recorded more than 3,000 newly infected people for the last 3 days in a row.
Japanese people are worried about sudden increase of Delta variant infection. In the beginning week of fifth pandemic wave, we got on-site inspection by Kitakyushu-city fire department.
The result of inspection was “No problems to be pointed out”, of course.
As we have keep taking care for fire and disaster prevention, we should not have any problem but it is good for us to be evaluated as safe hostel objectively.
As of yesterday, Japanese government declared to expand area and extend period of state of emergency for COVID-19 again, we cannot expect guests increase one more month. However, no matter state of emergency, we do keep taking care to keep this guesthouse safe and secure. And we want to make our guests feel comfortable and safe during their staying here.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
日本ではここ数日新型コロナの新規感染が爆発的に増えていて、東京では３日連続で3,000人超えを記録しています。
デルタ株の感染急拡大に震撼が走るなか、灯火では今週消防署の立入検査を受けました。
結果はもちろん「指摘事項なし」。
防火・防災については日頃より必要以上に気を遣い、しっかり対策している自負があるので、結果は当たり前ですが、きちんと客観的に評価されて良かったです。
昨日付でまた日本政府は新型コロナ緊急事態宣言の拡大・延長をあらたに宣言したため、ゲストの利用が回復するとは思えませんが、灯火としてはやるべきことはしっかりやって、ゲストの皆さんに安心してご利用いただけるよう努めたいと考えています。
それでは、口先だけの安心・安全とならぬよう、基本をしっかりおさえて素敵な一日を！
