Headlight repair

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Because of recent price increase, price of every item is getting higher and that makes us in trouble.

In such situation, our automobile, the hardest worker in this guesthouse, got trouble in its headlights. We decided to fix them by ourselves.

Because, the dealer taught us that it costs more than 30,000JPY, if we ask them to fix it.

Actually, we have fixed troubles like changing bulbs by ourselves. We could feel easy, once we heard the root cause from a mechanic of the dealer.

Now, I do recognize that the most useful subjects in those I had learned in schools in my childhood are “industrial arts” and ”homemaking” to manage and maintain guesthouse operation.

灯火（あかり）修繕

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

相次ぐ値上げで、身の回りのもの何もかもが高くなり、本当に困りますよね。

そんな中、当宿では宿一番の働き手（宿主より働く）「自家用車」のヘッドライトが突然点かなくなってしまいました。ディーラーで原因を特定した後、修理は自分でやることにしました。

なぜなら、ディーラーで修理すると３万円以上かかるということだったので、、、

実は以前にも、これはバルブ交換だと分かるような故障は積極的にDIYで直してきました。

今になって思うのは、子供の頃に学校で習ってきたことのうち、当宿オープン以来一番役立っているのは「技術・家庭科」だなということ。実感・再認識しています。
